This is Lollipop Interviews! We will be having interviews and band reviews on here, mostly. So far there are no interviews, just reviews. But hey, I gotta set these things up, you know, they don't just happen. But when I get them set up, I'll be posting them here as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

Coming soon!
Okay, so right now, I'm trying to setup some interviews with different musicians for the blog.
I've got 3 or 4 different bands I've contacted about doing interviews through IM.
But right now, I've actually started one. It's for Kepi Ghoulie.
Kepi doesn't want to do it through IM.
He wants me to send him messages through the Facebook messaging.
He'll answer one or two everyday until it's done.
So I've already sent him the first question. Waiting for his reply.
When this interview is complete, I will make sure to post it.

Acidic Tree
Acidic Tree, a band from Illinois.
The band is made up of 2 members, Alex and Corey.
Not only does this band sound great but they have great lyrics too.
This band plays Folk Punk music, sounds kind of similar to Against Me!
They have Demo tape out that you can purchase for $3, just simply message the band through Myspace if you'd like a copy, here's the Myspace link http://www.myspace.com/acidictree
I haven't purchased my own copy yet, but I know it's great, cause you can also listen to the songs right there on their Myspace page.
My personal favorite from this Demo has to be Vatican Boys.
It sounds pretty unique and it's catchy too. The instruments on this song, to me, also have a pretty nice sound.
So I suggest you check that Myspace page out, take a listen to the band, LIKE THE BAND! (Lol), and support them by purchasing that Demo Tape for that amazingly cheap price.
Or if you live in the Illinois area, you may even want to go to one of their shows.
But whatever you decide to do, get to it!

Alex Raz
13 year old Alex Raz, from Cleveland Ohio is an amazingly talented young guitarist. You won't believe your ears or your eyes when you see what talent this kid has. He can play just as good, if not better, than most musicians 2 or 3 times his age.
One of the band's Alex is in is Recess. They had some success with a featured video on Yahoo.com back in 2009, with their performance of the song "Seperate Ways" by Journey.

Groves are an amazing young band from Portland, Oregon.
They play Alternative Rock.
The members are:
Frynn Peterson on Bass
Jordan Portlock on Guitar/Percussion
Karsten Topelmann on Vocals/Guitar
Bruce Duffet on drums
They haven't been around for very long, but I think they have the potential to become a big band pretty quickly.
